Studies have proven that sleep is the most vital thing needed in order for our bodies to function at its best, physically, mentally and emotionally. Without a good nights sleep we simply can not be the best version of ourselves. This is why this blend has been created to help aid a restful night sleep.  

How to Use: 

We recommend using half a wax melt for maximum fragrance. However, this will depend of the room space, as may require more or less. Wax can be re-melted several times. Replace wax melt when fragrance is no longer strong.  

Blend: 

Cedarwood, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang and Lavender.
